“10 months ago I became a tenant and became a part of Spectrum. It isnt just a roof over my head the flats are modern and beautifully laid out but the furnished flat isn’t all spectrum is about.”

Ash

“Spectrum offers a wide range of activities such as day trips like walking groups etc. All tenants are invited to take part, this helps keep us licensees active.”

Ash

“Spectrum is supported accommodation. The support we receive is out of this world. The amazing staff always work above and beyond to ensure everyone’s needs are met on a daily basis. There is always an emergency contact number for out of hours.”

Ash

I was referred to Spectrum and from the first time I met them I felt in safe hands. Nikki and Lesley visited me in hospital after my referral to them and within a couple of days I was told they would be able to offer me a home. The NHS were amazing, they got me back on my feet and made me clinically healthy but it is with Spectrum that my recovery properly began.

Tony

The accommodation provided is great, clean well furnished and modern and the support given by Spectrum is well structured and individualised, I was given help to navigate the benefits system, register with GP and all the other things that need to be done when moving to a new area.

Tony

I know that I am only a call or a message away from advice or support should I need it and these people are always there with a word of encouragement or a helping hand and always a smile.

Tony

Spectrum Housing CIC
Lovely long walk to Markeaton Park today, from town. We took a different route when we were there & saw new things. Lots of carved wood, a garden looked after by people suffering with dementia & we found a couple of horses. They were very friendly & there were brushes so they got groomed. We got caught by the rain a couple of times but it didn’t put a dampener on the afternoon. #fyp #support #exercise #colliesofinstagram #mentalhealth ...
